Lyrics are difficult

It’s crazy. It might take 10 minutes to come up with a good chord progression, and another 10 minutes for a good vocal melody. Maybe it would take up to an hour for both. But LYRICS seem to take me a couple of years. I’ve gotta figure out a new way to come up with lyrics. Inspiration…

Grew up in various parts of Washington State. Post-college (WSU), started a band with friends in Seattle called Springchamber - cut 2 albums. Became Music / Arts director for a couple church plants - Recorded another album. Played professional blackjack a few years before moving to Evergreen, CO - recorded 14 songs - album Prayers of the Saints. Writing more music, and Black Jack memoirs.
